At Barely, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that you notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

How to Request an Exchange: 1. Contact our customer support team within 24 hours of receiving your order at +92 321 3922326, providing your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange. 2. Ensure the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact. 3. Our team will guide you through the exchange process and confirm availability of the replacement item. 4. Refund is applicable ONLY if the company is at fault i.e. item is not what was shown or is defective. Panties or sets that have panties in them can neither be returned, nor exchanged.

Important Notes: Exchange requests made after the 24-hour notification window will not be accepted. Shipping costs for the exchange may apply unless the item is defective or incorrect.
