How long does the delivery take?

Karachi orders are delivered within 1-2 working days. Delivery time for rest of the nation is 3-5 working days.

How can I get urgent/next-day delivery? How long does it take?

In Karachi, we offer same day/next day delivery for all orders. For all other cities, it can take from 1-2 working days. You can choose the urgent delivery option at our checkout page to avail it. It requires complete advance payment in our bank account along with extra delivery charges.

How much do you charge for delivery?

Our delivery is completely free no matter what the amount of your order. Urgent delivery. cost Rs.400/- extra

What is your Return/Exchange policy?

We have a 7-Day exchange policy, as long as the product is in its original condition i.e. not smelly, stained or torn. Request has to be made within 24 hours due to the sensitive nature of the product. Refund is applicable ONLY if the company is at fault i.e. item is not what was shown or is defective. Panties or sets that have panties in them can neither be returned, nor exchanged.

What does it meant by the original condition and intact packaging?

Original condition means that the product is not smelly, stained or torn. Intact packaging means that the original bag every product comes in is not thrown away or damaged, because in case of returns or exchanges product has to be sent back in them only.

What is the return/exchange procedure?

In both cases the customers have to send the product back to us to our address: Plot # 392&391/1, sector 7-A, Korangi Industrial area, Karachi. In case of an exchange, replacement is dispatched as soon as we receive the item. In case of refunds, we transfer the amount in your bank account within 14-days after receiving the product.

What is open box delivery and how can I avail it?

Available only for Karachi orders. You can simply let us know that you want to check parcel before paying.
