How to Request an Exchange: 1. Ensure the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact. 3. Our team will guide you through the exchange process and confirm availability of the replacement item. 4. Refund is applicable ONLY if the company is at fault i.e. item is not what was shown or is defective. Panties or sets that have panties in them can neither be returned, nor exchanged.
